"somewhere in nowhere" - I used the stencil with modelling paste on a pattern paper that fits perfectly with the stencil. I love how it came out.

Blog Hop with oldtimer stencil designed by Nathalie Kalbach

Welcome to the stencil Blog Hop by Nathalie Kalbach.

Nathalie designed a lot of new stencils for Stencilgirl Products and one of them is the Oldtimer stencil. I love it. It's perfect for cards, for layouts and for vintage projects.
Nathalie gives away one of the this Oldtimer Stencils. You have four chances to win it. Leave a comment on each of the listed blogs and on my blog  and let us know how you like the projects and Nathalie will pick randomly one lucky winner. You have time to comment till July 30th, 2013 - midnight EST.

I used the Oldtimer stencil in the correct way with Glimmer Mist. Then I dropped a little bit and stamped with white acrylic paint. I added my photo and some washi tape, pieces of tapes with glitter and pearls, a butterfly stamp and journaling and sticker, that's it.

For that card I used the stencil as a stamp. I sprayed Glimmer Mist on the stencil and stamped it on my cardstock. Then I used the stencil again with modelling paste and added more glimmer mist and Gelatos Colors with a brush.

This card is also created with the negative of the stencil. I sprayed some color on the stencil and stamped it. Then I added a outline with a black pen, stiched the card on another cardstock an added my title and some Rub Ons.
Please see also the projects from the other artists. Im sure it will take away your breath.

Birthday Decoration - Number 4

Welcome to another project I made for the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3l.

I will show you how I made a birthday decoration for my daughter by using a lot of cute little embellishments and different supplies from Scrapbook Adhesives.

1 - This is my base, a number 4 I painted with white Gesso.
2 - I used Chalk Edgers from Ingvild Bolme to color it in a ombre look of red/rosa.
3 - Then I used a stencil and Modelling Paste to create little roses.
4 - Next step was to varnish the surface with acrylic varnish.
5 - Applying the photo by using the big 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3l.
6 - I added the photo an some pearl sticker. For the little crown I also used the 3D Foam Squares

7 - To fix the white roses ribbon I used the MyStik Permanent Strips Dispenser - 33'
8 - Each circle and button I adhered with the 3D Foam Squares 1/4" White
9 - More fun with Foils and 3D Foam Hearts
10 - I combined a butterfly and a ballerina by using the DODZ - Small
11 - I adhered them on the number with the 3D Foam Squares 1/4" White
12 - For the glitter on the ballet skirt I applied some adhesives with the E-Z Dots Permanent refillable dispenser and filled it off with pink glitter.

As you can see I also used some sticker and more pearls and other sweet things like little girls like it.

The birthday of my daughter is already gone and I can tell you she was very very excited about her Number 4.

Here are some sneaks of the book.

My second project is a layout of what I want... plan our next vacation ;-)

For that layout I used the "Makin' a List" Stamp Set and the Dies "Banner Day" from Taylored Expressions.

Romantic Layout - Beauty

Hello there!

Today I want to show you a romantic layout made with the Hope Chest kit from Pink Paislee for the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
It was a great pleasure to work with it and I'm so in love with the golden alpha stickers. They glisten so lovely in the light!

For the layering behind the photo and the left corner I cutted some flowers out of the paper and I also used some journaling cards and butterlies. To adhere the paper I used the MyStik™ Permanent Strips Value Pack - 1 Dispenser + 2 Refills. As you can see I personalized the stick with a photo of my daughter.
